Tootsies owner, Mickey Rosmarin working closely with Gensler architect, Kelly Scruggs have created a masterpiece of light merged with opulent spaces displaying cutting edge couture fashion. They integrated some of the owner's personal collection of well-known art, classic modern furniture and selections of eclectic fixtures.

The architect's visions of stone installations include: "Verde Lapponia" an artistic Cash Wrap check out counter; "White" marble installed linearly; "Silvered glass" strips vertically placed to show off the shoe collection; "Honey Onyx" created stunning restrooms. Amenities include 21 dressing rooms, ample parking as well as free valet parking and 35,000 square feet of a unique aesthetic collaboration of architecture and sought after fashion.
